1. Underbust Measurement
Measure around your body directly under the bust (in inches).
This will give you your bra size.

2. Overbust (Cup Size) Measurement
Measure over the fullest part of your bust (in inches).
Subtract your underbust measurement (Step 1) from your overbust
measurement (Step 2).
Use the table below to determine your cup size from the remainder.

Example
For an underbust measurement of 32 inches and an overbust measurement of 36 inches:
The bra size would be
a 14 and the cup size ( 36 minus 32 = 4 ) would be a C.
When ordering a bra you would ask for a 14C size
