Shopping online should be easy and fun!
At Coco Bella, we have endeavoured to make this
process as simple as possible.
Below is a step by step walkthrough of how
to purchase products from our online shop.
Selecting Products
To start shopping with us, take a look
at the left hand menu on this site and
you will see a menu titled "Online Shop".
All categories are listed here, so just click
on whichever category of products you are interested
in buying.
When you click that link, that category will open.
It may have sub-categories for you to choose from.
Browse through the products until something
tickles your fancy.
When you find something you are interested in,
you can click the "View" button underneath
the image and get more details about the product.
If you want to add a product to your cart, just click
the "Buy" button below the product. If the item
has sizing or colour options, don't forget to first choose these
options appropriately. (Please check our
Sizing Guides for
help with sizing.)
If you make a sizing or colour error, don't worry!
Everything in your shopping cart can be changed right
up until you confirm your payment at the end of the process.
You can keep on shopping and keep adding products to your cart.
Once you are finished shopping, you can now go to the checkout
section by opening your Cart and clicking the "Checkout"
button.
Your Account
If you have not logged in, you will now be asked to Login in order
to proceed to the checkout.
If you have already registered with Coco Bella, login and
you will be redirected to the Checkout Section.
If you have not registered with Coco Bella, you will need to do
so now by clicking "Continue" under
New Customer on the My Account page.
Fill out the required form and click "Continue".
The Account Created page will display and you just need to click the
"Continue" button to proceed to the checkout.

Checkout
The first section of the checkout is to choose where you
want your products delivered.
You can choose to send them to an address other than
your own by clicking the "Change Address"
button. This is great for sending gifts directly to the
recipient.
Your shipping charges are also displayed here and you
can choose to add any comments if you like.
Click "Continue" and choose
the address to send the invoice to.
Then choose how you would like to pay:
- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex)
- Bank Transfer (internet or manual)
Again, you can add comments to your order and if you
have a promotional code, you can enter
it here to receive your discount.
Click "Continue".
Now you have reached the Confirmation page
so double check that everything is correct.
If you want to change anything, click the
"Edit" link by the section
you want to alter.
If all is in order, just click "Confirm Order" and you are done.
If you have selected Credit Card payment, you will be directed
to our secure payment provider - Paymex - for you to enter your
credit card details.
You will receive a confirmation email with your order details
shortly.
