Faults or Defects
If you find a defect or fault on any merchandise you have purchased from Coco Bella,
we will replace the item, providing it is returned to the store it was dispatched from,
in its original packaging and with proof of purchase within 30 days from receipt of the original order.
No additional shipping will be charged for the replacement.
If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue you a Coco Bella Credit Note to the same value.
Incorrect Order
If you receive the wrong item, let us know within 7 days of receipt of purchase
by contacting the store that dispatched the goods, or by using the Contact Us form on our website.
Please state the Order Number, Product Code, size, colour etc and let us know the
incorrect goods you received. The incorrect order must be returned to the store it was
dispatched from within 7 days, in its original condition, with its original packaging and with proof
of purchase.
We will replace the incorrect item and
no additional shipping will be charged.
Cash Refunds
Coco Bella do not provide cash refunds if you have changed your mind
about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.

Intimate Wear
In regards to intimate wear, any returned garments will be thoroughly inspected as
NZ Health Regulations prevent us from selling undergarments as new once they have been inside customers homes.
We cannot accept returned intimate wear, unless it is faulty or defective, an incorrect order,
or the wrong size - providing it has not been worn.
The undergarment must be returned within 7 days (30 days if faulty) to the store that the item was dispatched from,
in original condition and with proof of purchase.
A Coco Bella Credit Note to the same value will be issued if the
undergarment is unable to be resized or replaced.
Shoes and Boots - Resizing
If you order an incorrect size, these must be returned to the store they were dispatched from,
within 7 days of receipt of purchase
in original condition and in their original packaging.
Additional shipping for the replacement footwear will be charged.
A Coco Bella Credit Note to the same value will be issued if the
footwear is unable to be resized.
